Fountain Square offers a selection of unique one bedroom with den or spacious two bedroom apartment homes to fit your lifestyle. Our apartments offer the latest features and amenities where you will be able to experience style and convenience in New Berlin. Our one and two bedroom apartment homes have huge walk-in closets, a private balcony or patio and new refreshed interiors in some homes. A one-time amenity fee of $200.00 per apartment will be due prior to taking occupancy.

Pros: Great place to live. Felt very safe. Nice neighbors. Very friendly staff. Submitted work tickets and were done promptly. Cons: Apartment was a bit on the expensive side. Washer and dryers were expensive as well. All and all it was a very positive experience!

I lived in Fountain Square apartments almost 3-4 years and its a nice community to live. Its very safe, peaceful, clean and well maintained. The maintenance is always pretty quick and finished in a day. There is a good Indian community and the apartment management make sure everyone follow the same rules and regulations, that's the perfect way.
