I lived at Fountain Square for 3+ years. The property management team are friendly and helpful and the maintenance people are knowledgeable and considerate. Love the pool in the summer! Well maintained and super convenient location.

Pretty bizarre to see all the bad reviews given our experience. My family and I have lived in the one of the apartment-style units for over two years and our experience has been very positive. Units are spacious and fairly modern. Amenities are very good

Pros: Great place to live. Felt very safe. Nice neighbors. Very friendly staff. Submitted work tickets and were done promptly. Cons: Apartment was a bit on the expensive side. Washer and dryers were expensive as well. All and all it was a very positive experience!

I lived in Fountain Square apartments almost 3-4 years and its a nice community to live. Its very safe, peaceful, clean and well maintained. The maintenance is always pretty quick and finished in a day. There is a good Indian community and the apartment management make sure everyone follow the same rules and regulations, that's the perfect way. The apartment office ladies are well knowledgeable and ready to help in any matter. I really recommend Fountain Square apartments for anyone move to Milw

I just want to send a thank you your way, and to recognize those who helped me out last Tuesday when my electricity went out. It was after 7PM when I called the on call person, Jose, who drove here in the storm from Greenfield, when power went out in my living room and part of my kitchen.
